Scott Searles is President of Skybox Financial Group. He has 30 years of experience providing financial advice and portfolio management services as a fiduciary. Scott has extensive experience in serving individuals who are currently retired as well as those who are planning for retirement. He strongly believes in getting to know his clients and developing customized strategies to cover all aspects of their financial lives. He advises his clients with respect to issues such as proactive asset allocation, tax minimization strategies, social security maximization, risk management and retirement income planning. He has written articles for Forbes, Market Watch and others, plus has appeared on nationwide news outlets including ABC, NBC, FOX, and CBS. He is also the host of the popular podcast, The Retirement Toolbox.

Scott studied at Kent State University where he received his BS degree in Finance. He has clients throughout the United States but operates out of Strongsville, OH where he also calls home. He has been married for more than 24 years and has 4 daughters.

During his off time, Scott enjoys physical fitness training and spending time with his family. He is also active in coaching his children’s various youth athletic teams. He is the head coach for Strongsville Middle School Girls Lacrosse, an active member of his church, and a member of Strongsville Chamber of Commerce.
